This module will introduce you to the world of tattoo art. The focus of this module is to pass on the tattoo culture and help you understand how the tattoo industry works and operates. You will also have an hands-on experience working with various tattoo tools and techniques. You will also understand and learn the fundamental processes involved in tattooing.

This module focuses on how to use digital art softwares where students are provided free access to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to thoroughly learn digital art.

• Introduction to digital art softwares to enhance design skills and fasten the designing process.

• Custom tattoo designing using digital softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Design composition, photo-manipulation, digital mock-ups, full-sleeve designing.

• Designing as per body anatomy and adding flow.

• Tattoo photo processing.

Tattoo industry is one of the most rapidly growing industries worldwide, and business development, undoubtedly, plays an integral part. In order to make the most out of the career as a tattoo artist, one must master the art of business with the art of tattooing. This module covers different mediums of marketing and sales, customer management, and more.

• Marketing Strategies – Online and Offline Marketing.

• Learn Why Investing in Marketing is Essential for a Successful Business.

• Importance & Best Practices of Customer Service and Data/Lead Management.

• Step-by-step Strategies for a Successful Tattoo Studio.

This module is the most important one and covers advanced tattoo techniques like shading, and texturing, among others. Advanced tattoo styles like photo-realism, sculpture, watercolour, animal & human portraits that make you a Pro Tattoo Artist are covered in this module. Students get to practice on synthetic as well as real skin and build their portfolio.

• Advanced level tattoo stencils and application on various body parts.

• Creating various textures such as beard, hair, fur and leather etc.

• Introduction to black & grey realism tattoos like sculptures, portraits, animals, etc.

• Introduction to watercolour tattoos.

• Making realism tattoos using different needles on synthetic skin and real skin.

We believe in evolved learning and collaborative projects are one of the ways we adapt to for the same. It is one of the most popular and effective ways for students to learn more and achieve more. This encourages students to work with each other and bring in their diverse cultures and perspectives on art to the table.

A few collaborative projects that we assign are:

• Outdoor still life sketching where they go out in groups for a practical learning experience.

• Collaborative photography, where they go out and click creative photos.

• Team projects where students do a presentation on a specific topic of tattooing.

For an artist, their Portfolio is an important part of their journey. We help our students build a strong portfolio that consists of different styles and level from small tattoos to bold hyper-realistic tattoos. This portfolio is created during the course and promoted online by us and spread within the tattoo industry. This gives a great head start to our students to start their career as a tattoo artist.

• Our students do small to large sized tattoos on real skin during the course.

• By the end of the course, their portfolio consists of small script tattoos, medium sized line-art & neo traditional tattoos and large sized sculpture, animal &and human portraits.

• We also help our students to learn how to build a strong online portfolio.
